At PITT, LLC we believe in the brilliance and creativity of every person. Our philosophy is that neurodiverse children possess the tools and resources to achieve their greatness. By preparing individuals today for tomorrow, we will create individualized programs that support independent growth, to allow each child to follow their dreams and achieve their purpose.
“Start by doing what’s necessary; then do what’s possible;
and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”
-Francis of Assisi
We emphasize a collaborative approach with parents and caregivers, educational teams, and other related service providers. This approach prepares our children to attain the social, behavioral self-regulation, and educational skills to create a strong foundation to achieve a successful life. We hold ourselves to the standard that we can always ‘do better’ through training, empowerment, and communication.

Before we became professionals in the field of ABA, we were people who lived in an environment that included individuals with Autism, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Although there are many challenges, we also understand and appreciate the beauty and intelligence of neurodiverse individuals, as they are members of our family. As professionals in the field of ABA, we have worked closely with many families across multiple companies. We have found that the collaborative approach with parents and caregivers, educational teams, and related service providers is the most effective approach. We strive to include and improve the livelihood of all members of the family including parents, siblings, grandparents, and peers. We are choosing to create our vision of what we believe the field should be. We are a family that are immensely invested in the success of all members of our community, typical and diverse. As owners, we believe it is not acceptable to allow a diagnosis, delay, or illness to define the members of our community, as we see them to be tremendous individuals with the potential to achieve goals we could only imagine.
